Cape Town is known for its strong winds, beautiful beaches, massive waves, amazing nature, great wines and of course Table Mountain. Many kiters come back year after year. We understand why.

We’ve created a place where kitesurfers can all come together, enjoy a beautiful home, while being just a 5 minute walk away from one of the best spots in Blouberg/Big Bay.

Small Bay/Big Bay, downwind is a clean wave kitespot, upwind a small and clean kicker to boost your new tricks. Just in front of the house. See the first kite flying? Let's go!
Blouberg Beach
5 min drive
From Dolphins to Doodles, kite where you want. Same same but different. Find your fav spot! Sunset to Melkbos for a nice downwinder or just in from of HighFive for the vibes.
Multiple spots
1-4 hour by car
Langebaan, Shark Bay, Hermanus, Brandvlei, Misty Cliffs, Witsand, Platboom, Macassar... all amazing and beautiful spots that you can add to your kite-to-do list.
About the villa
5 bedrooms. Some ensuite, some share a bathroom, all the same amazing view.
Our premium kitesurf villa has all you need; it’s fully equipped, there is a garden, a pool, a gear washing area, a kite storage, free parking in front & lot’s of other cool kiters to share the stoke with.
There will be some villa dinners, downwinders, hikes, some wine tasting, market mornings etc.
The villa has a braai room with sea/sunset view, a lovely veranda, a modern living room & kitchen and at our favourite location.
Just 3 minutes from the beach, 6 minutes from Kauai (if you know, you know), 6 minutes from CoffeeStop.

Cape Town airport is nearby, about 35 minutes by car, with daily flights from the bigger airports worldwide.
Kite + Surf gear
Bringing your own is easiest. There are some shops and schools nearby for rentals though!

Do I get my own room?
You can choose. We have private rooms, some ensuite, some not and shared room options. Both options give you access to all shared spaces in the villa.
Is the crew from The KiteCollectiv there?
Yes, there is always one of us on site. Who depends on the week.
Is there food nearby?
Yes, Big Bay has some lovely restaurants, easy to access by foot. Too lazy to go out? Order your groceries or meals online. Quick and easy.
Can I rent gear nearby?
Yes, should be easy. Just send us a message for more info.
Is there good Wi-Fi for working?
Yes. There's a comfortable workspace with decent Wi-Fi. Plenty of people here work daily, it's part of how the place runs.
