Right in the heart of one of the world's most iconic kite destinations. Villa Cape Town is in Big Bay, Bloubergstrand.
3 minutes from the beach, with ocean views, a beautiful garden, and everything you need to feel right at home.

the reason
Why it started.
After years of travelling fulltime as kitesurfers, we'd seen a lot. Beautiful spots. Forgettable accommodation. Brilliant people met by coincidence... and never found again.
Most of us travel solo because we love the freedom. But if we're honest, the reason we keep going is the people we meet along the way. The problem is: finding your people is mostly luck.
The KiteCollectiv started from a simple idea: stop leaving community to chance. Not with a programme or a retreat, just a well-chosen house, in a great kite location, with a small group of people who get it.

What's the minimum stay?
Villa Ofir (Portugal): minimum 1 week. Villa Cape Town (South Africa): minimum 3 days. The longer you stay, the better the rate.
Do I need to know anyone to book?
Not at all. Most guests arrive solo and leave with a group chat full of people they want to travel with again. That's the whole point.
Can I kitesurf every day?
We choose locations specifically for their conditions, but we can't promise daily wind.. nobody can. Some weeks you'll kite almost every day. Others are for recovery, work, or exploring the area. When the wind is on, we go.
What can I expect
A premium shared villa in a great kite location, with a small international community. Days flow around the wind: sessions when conditions are good, work or downtime in between, shared meals or good conversations in the evenings. No fixed programme, no pressure. You're free to do your own thing, with good people around when you want them.
Who is this for?
Kitesurfers who enjoy shared living done right. People who value good energy, personal space, and mutual respect. Most guests are 30+, travel independently, and choose community consciously. Your level on the water matters less than your vibe on land.
